¶1. Poloff delivered reftel demarche to Nestan Bejanishvili
and Vasil Rubashvili of the MFA's Security Policy and
Euro-Atlantic Integration Department on March 16. They
thanked poloff for the information and were appreciative of
U.S. offer to fund travel expenses and per diem for two
participants from Georgia. The identified participants are
