(U) On February 24, Poloffs met with Levan Nizharadze, Head
of the Americas Division at the Georgian Ministry of Foreign
Affairs to discuss reftel. Nizharadze agreed to forward the
information to Alexander Nalbandov, Deputy Minister, Foreign
Affairs, for further consideration. Nizharadze assured
poloffs that Georgia intended to work closely to address
concerns in conference documents.
