(SBU) Poloffs met with representatives of the Georgian MFA's Security Policy and Euro-Atlantic Integration Department on 4 February to pass reftel non-paper as well as discussed talking points. Deputy Director of the Department Giorgi Dolidze expressed his appreciation for the information, noting that the risks associated with the exploitation of non-profit organizations by terrorist groups were understood in Georgia. He also emphasized his appreciation for receipt of the information, as it further demonstrated the important bilateral relations between the U.S. and Georgia. Dolidze assured poloffs that the the appropriate individuals would study the information, and would contact the embassy should any questions arise. LOGSDON
