(U) Poloff delivered reftel message to MFA Director of the
Americas Division Otar Berdzenishvili who provided assurances
that Georgia would notify other GUAM members regarding
proposed meeting at the OSCE ministerial. Berdzenishvili
also agreed to look for a date for national coordinators to
visit Washington for further discussions. The message was
also delivered to the International Organizations division at
MFA.
