Per reftel, Emboff made inquiries to representatives of the
Ministry of Internal Affairs (MOIA) to establish the bona
fides of the transactions on licenses 050171347 and
¶050172400. Natia Gvazava, Head of MOIA's International
Relations Division, told Emboff that these procurements were
made by the MOIA for law enforcement purposes. She further
added that RPA Port Aviation is an MOIA contractor and that
the MOIA does not pay any extra commission fee to them.
