and Leahy vetting for one Government of Uzbekistan official
scheduled to participate in a Senior Executive Seminar (SES 09-0)
at the George C. Marshall Center in Garmisch, Germany September
6-19, 2009. Post is in the process of reviewing its files for any
credible information of violations of human rights by the listed
participant. Department's response is requested by COB August 26,
2009.
