1. (SBU) Following Estonian Parliament's ratification of the
NATO Protocols of Accession for Albania and Croatia on
December 17, 2008, President Toomas Hendrik Ilves signed
the instruments of ratification on February 12, 2008. The
Government of Estonia provided these documents to the U.S.
Embassy Tallinn on February 6, 2008 for delivery to the
State Department. Post will forward-expect receipt on
(or by) February 18, 2008.
