Sanctions List
Poloff delivered reftel demarche to Riho Kruuv, Director of the
MFA's Arms and Strategic Goods Bureau, and to UN desk officer Helen
Kaljulate on November 9. Pol Chief followed up with the MFA on
November 13. According to the MFA, Estonia would raise this issue
at the EU Council's COASI (Council Asia Oceania) Working Group in
Brussels to determine an EU position.
