¶1. (U) Poloff delivered reftel A and accompanying
Diplomatic Note to Eve Sirp, Counsellor for
International Organizations at the Estonian MFA. Sirp
confirmed Estonian support for the U.S. candidacy in
the upcoming elections to the United Nations Human
Rights Council (UNHRC). The GOE followed up this
pledge with a Diplomatic Note reiterating GOE support.
A copy of the DipNote was forwarded to IO/RHS and
DRL/MLGA (ref B).
