Post acting Pol/Econ officer delivered non-paper points from reftel
in person to the Fiji Ministry of Foreign Affairs on October 26,
¶2009. Senior Assistant Secretary, Political & Treaties Division,
Seniteli Wainiu received the demarche points and promised to convey
them within the MFA. Suva Pol/Econ also sent the non-paper points
by fax to the Acting Secretary or Permanent Secretaries for Foreign
Affairs of Kiribati, Nauru, Tonga, and Tuvalu.
