On December 29, Emboff delivered reftel points on the Global
Initiative to Combat Nuclear Terrorism (GICNT) proposed
amendments to terms of reference to Asa Gustafsson, Deputy
Director, Department of Disarmament and Non-Proliferation at
the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs. Gustafsson thanked
Post for providing this information, adding that the Russian
Embassy in Stockholm had also provided her with a copy. Post
