Mr. Larsson has served as acting Director and head of Unit at the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF), European Commission, where he has been responsible for the investigations of fraud and corruption within the European Commission work area. The work has included fraud and corruption cases linked to the European Commission different external aid programmes. His internatinoal experience also includes support to the establishment of external and internal audit in Central and Eastern Europe as well as extensive knowledge of financial management of complex and international organizations. Between 1983 and 1996 Larsson served as Audit Director responsible for performance audits and as Director and Assistant Audtior General at the Riksrevisionen responsible for all financial audit activities.
