Desk Officer Erik Holmqvist, Department for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, Development Division at the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, told post on November 17 that Sweden has invited Secretary Clinton to attend a donor conference on Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environmental Partnership to be held in Stockholm on November ¶26. Holmqvist noted that the invitation and a draft agenda will also be delivered by the Swedish Embassy in Washington. He stated that Sweden is aware that the conference date falls on Thanksgiving, but hopes that the USG will be able to participate. ¶2.
