(C) Emboffs delivered reftel demarche to Jonas Norling,
Deputy Director, Department for Disarmament and
Non-Proliferation, at the Swedish MFA on August 4. Norling
thanked us for the information, taking special note of our
proposal for a briefing on Mahaco at the Rio Plenary in
November. Norling said that he would pass the information on
to his colleagues Ingemar Dolfe, Head of the Department, and
Johannes Andreasson, Desk Officer, in the Department for
