On May 18, Emboff contacted end-use statement signee Magnus
Erikson, Procurement Officer, Swedish Armed Forces FMTM/S,
and verified that DTC Case 050135676 for 15 Laser Protective
ESS Goggle Lenses valued at $975 arrived in Orebro, Sweden on
February 23, 2009. Erikson also confirmed that the shipment
(Purchase Order No. I080461) from MP-SEC International is
currently being stored in a safe with an alarm. Post
assesses that the end-user has the necessary resources to
engage in the kind of business for which the goggle lenses
are designed. Post also assesses that this transaction is
legitimate and the party involved is reliable.
