(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that, to date, it possesses no credible evidence of gross violations of human rights committed by the individuals listed below. These individuals are candidates to participate in the JUSMAG Bangkok - JCET Baker Torch 09-4 - BPP Special Training Division 5 Camp in Mae Taeng, Thailand from May 11, 2009 through June 5, 2009. ¶2.
