(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and finds that, as of this date, it possesses no credible evidence of gross violations of human rights committed by the individuals listed below. These individuals are candidates to attend the ATA 6887 - Investigative Information Management course at ILEA Bangkok scheduled from March 30, 2009 through April 10, 2009. ¶2.
