(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that, to date, it possesses no credible evidence of gross violations of human rights committed by the individual listed below. This individual is a candidate to participate in the JUSMAG Amphibious Plan Senior Officer International, Expeditionary Warfare Training Group-Pacific in San Diego, CA.
