1. The United States shared an Open Skies Treaty mission with
Turkey over the Russian Federation 25-29 May 2009. According
to the joint modalities, the U.S. agreed to pay the
Government of Turkey no more than $15,000 U.S. dollars as
reimbursement for our share of the expenses.
2. We request that Post forward the $15,000 to the Turkish
bank account per the information provided below using the
following fund cite information. Request Post report on
confirmation of payment date.
