(U) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that, to date, it possesses no credible evidence of gross violations of human rights committed by the commanders and units listed below. The members of the units are candidates to attend the course titled CD Urban Interdiction Skills & LE skills, BPP Training Center Number 3 in Ubon Ratchathani from October 19 - November 20, 2009. JIATF West/DEA/DOD is the funding agency. ¶2.
