1. (SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that,
as of this date, it possesses no credible information of gross
violations of human rights for the individuals identified below.
These individuals are candidates for a Supervisory Criminal
Investigators Course, which starts February 16, 2009 and ends March
27, 2009 at ILEA-Bangkok in Thailand.
