1. According to our records, we have not yet received a
response to subject Blue Lantern request regarding the export
of signal amplifiers to Saudi Arabia. This request was sent
on 18 June 2009, over 60 days ago. We request an update from
Post regarding the status of this case. If Post has already
responded to subject case, please refer us to the appropriate
MRN.


2. If Department does not receive a response within 15 days,
we plan to close this case as "NO RESPONSE." This action
will be recorded in the parties' licensing history and will
affect future license applications.
