(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that, as of this date, it possesses no credible information of gross violations of human rights for the individual identified below. This individual is a JUSMAG IMET candidate to attend an International Purchaser course starting on March 17, 2009 and ending on April 2, 2009 at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. ¶2.
