1. (SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and finds that,
to date, it possesses no credible information of gross human rights
violations for the individuals listed below. These individuals are
candidates for attendance at a Flight Safety Officer/Jet Engine
Mishap Investigation course from February 17, 2009 to May 29, 2009 in
New Mexico and Texas at Kirkland AIR FORCE Base and Sheppard AIR
Force Base.
2. (U) CANDIDATES:
Name: Khairul Nawar bin Bokhari
DOB: 27-Nov-75
POB: Selangor
Position/Unit: Staff Officer 2, Safety Inspectorate, AIR FORCE HQ,
Malaysia
Name: Mior Aminuddin bin Mior Dahalan

Position/Unit: Staff Officer 1, IC System Mechanical Section, Subang
Air FORCE Base, Malaysia
3. (U) Post may provide the following statement to authorized
parties: Embassy verifies that the Department of State possesses no
credible information of gross violations of human rights by the
individuals identified in the paragraph above, as of this date. Post
may cite this cable in response.
4. (U) If, in the future, post becomes aware of possible human rights
violations by the individuals listed above, post should inform the
Department and not proceed with training.
