1. (SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and finds that,
as of this date, it possesses no credible evidence of gross
violations of human rights committed by the individuals listed below.
These individuals are candidates to attend the ILEA Bangkok/ATA 6887
- Investigative Information Management Course scheduled from March
30, 2009 through April 10, 2009.

Department and not proceed with training.
