1. (SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and finds that,
to date, it possesses no credible information of gross human rights
violations for the individuals listed below. These individuals are
candidates for the ILEA Bangkok Supervisory Criminal Investigators
Course scheduled from February 16, 2009 through March 27, 2009.
