1. (SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and finds that,
as of this date, it possesses no credible evidence of gross
violations of human rights committed by the individuals listed below.
These individuals are candidates to attend the ILEA Bangkok
Supervisory Criminal Investigator Course - Session 26 in Bangkok,
Thailand scheduled from February 16, 2009 through March 27, 2009.
