TEMPEST must not be released/offered; (3) Maintenance or training of repair of USG COMSEC/TRANSEC and TEMPEST is not authorized via this agreement; (4) Detailed design data or manufacturing know-how must not be released/offered; (5) U.S. threat, intelligence, or vulnerability information must not be released/offered. - How does Lockheed Martin Global, Singapore ensure they are in compliance with the provisos (technical constraints) listed, above? - How does Lockheed Martin Global, Singapore track the technical data and defense services released under the authority of TAA 119-00?
