Post is requested to complete this Blue Lantern inquiry within 45 days. Lack of response to a Blue Lantern inquiry will affect pending and future licenses involving parties to this license. ¶3. Reason for request: To confirm bona fides of Foreign Intermediate Consignee, Elexo, in the licensed transaction. ¶4. Action: Department requests that Post make inquiries within the French Ministry of Defense to verify that it received the listed items and they are being used for the purpose stated on the license. Also, confirm Foreign Intermediate Consignee Elexo's role in the authorized transaction.
