(U) Mission Clearance is requested for U.S. participants to travel to New York City to participate in meetings related to the UNICEF Executive Board Meeting on February 4-6, 2009. ¶2. (U) Participants traveling to New York are: Mark Abdoo Policy Analyst Office of Global Health Affairs U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Dale Gibb Senior Technical Advisor/Policy Office of Health, Infectious Diseases and Nutrition Bureau of global Health U.S. Agency for International Development Washington, D.C. (U) Travelers will arrange their own transfer to/from airport/train terminal. ¶4. (U) Mission assistance is requested in obtaining badges for participants. ¶5.
