(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that, to date, it possesses no credible evidence of gross violations of human rights committed by the individual listed below. This individual is a candidate to participate in the JUSMAG Bangkok Special Operations Combating Terrorism Course 09A Information scheduled from January 26, 2009 through February 6, 2009. ¶2.
