(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and finds that, to date, it possesses no credible information of gross human rights violations for the individuals listed below. These individuals are candidates for attendance at a Joint Operations Medical Managers training course conducted by the Joint Medical Readiness Training Center from January 28, 2009 through February 6, 2009 in Ft. Sam Houston, Texas. ¶2.
