1. (SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that,
as of this date, it possesses no credible information of gross
violations of human rights for the individuals identified below.
These individuals are candidates for a Training on Interdicting
Terrorist Activities course scheduled from February 9-20, 2009 in
General Santos City, Philippines.
