(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that, as of this date, it possesses no credible information of gross violations of human rights for the individuals identified below. These individuals are JUSMAG IMET candidates to attend an Aerospace Medical Primary course scheduled from January 30, 2009 through March 27, 2009 at Brooks City Base in Texas. ¶2.
