(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that, as of this date, it possesses no credible information of gross violations of human rights for the individuals identified below. These individuals are candidates for the JUSMAG CTFP International Intelligence Fellows Program scheduled from March 11-27, 2009 in Washington DC. ¶2. (U) Candidates: COL Raul L.
