(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that, as of this date, it possesses no credible information of gross violations of human rights for the individuals identified below. These individuals are candidates for JUSMAG IMET Intelligence in Combating Terrorism Course and an Instructor Training Course scheduled from January 23, 2009 through February 28, 2009 at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. ¶2. (U) Candidates: CPT Renato N. (U) Post may provide the following statement to authorized parties: Embassy verifies that the Department of State possesses no credible information of gross violations of human rights by the individuals identified in paragraph 2 above, as of this date.
