Whitehead, incoming Charg d'Affaires (CDA),U.S. Embassy Khartoum, for Tuesday, May 5, 2009. ¶2. CDA Whitehead is currently conducting pre-deployment consultations in Washington, D.C., prior to assuming his position at U.S. Embassy Khartoum in mid-May 2009, where he will serve as Chief of Mission until 2011. CDA Whitehead is seeking meetings in New York with relevant Sudan players, including USUN leadership, the Sudanese Mission to the United Nations, United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA),the United Nations Mission in the Sudan (UNMIS) and other meetings as appropriate.
