SUBJECT: CANCELLATION OF LISBON CME FOR RMOS AND FSHPS
¶1. Due to the uncertainty created by the swine flu
outbreak, the Lisbon CME for RMOs and FSHPs scheduled for
next week has been cancelled. The CME for our health unit
nurses will be held as scheduled starting tomorrow.
¶2. This cable does not confine RMOs and FSHPs to their
posts. They should continue with scheduled regional
travel unless there are extenuating circumstances
requiring them to be at post. If your RMO or FSHP is away
from post already, please pass on this message.
¶3. RMOs and FSHPs should contact their post travel office
to make sure that their CME trip to Lisbon has been cancelled.
If you are charged a cancellation fee, please charge this fee
to the fiscal data provided to you by ref State 135094 and
ref State 135095.
¶4. Thank you.
