1. (U) This is an action message. See paragraphs 2 and 4.
2. (C) The U.S. Government would like to notify the Missile
Technology Control Regime (MTCR) Partners of two MTCR denial
notices (MDs) and three catch-all denial notices (MIs) in
paragraph 3. Embassy is requested to present the denials to
the French MTCR Point of Contact (PoC). Post should also
advise the PoC that the United States has entered the denials
on the MTCR,s electronic communication systems (ePOC). Post
should indicate that the USG expects that the foreign
companies involved may attempt to acquire similar items from
other MTCR Partner countries.
