1. (SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that,
as of this date, it possesses no credible evidence of gross
violations of human rights committed by the individuals listed below.
These individuals are candidates to attend the EXBS-Sponsored US
Coast Guard Boarding Officer training session at Laem Chabang Port
from January 12-16, 2009.
