(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that, to date, it possesses no credible information of gross violations of human rights committed by the individuals identified below. These individuals are candidates for participation in an ILEA Clandestine Lab Investigations/Chemical course scheduled from January 12-23, 2009 in Bangkok, Thailand. ¶2.
