(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and finds that, as of this date, it possesses no credible information of gross violations for the following individual listed below. This individual is a candidate to attend the First Sergeant's Course at Sergeant Major's Academy in Fort Bliss, Texas from February 3, 2009 through March 14, 2009. ¶2. (U) Post may provide the following statement to authorized parties: Embassy verifies that the Department of State possesses no credible information of gross violations of human rights by the individual identified in paragraph 2 above, as of this date.
