1. (SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and finds that,
as of this date, it possesses no credible information of gross
violations of human rights for the individual from the State Forestry
Administration, Department of Forest Police listed below. This
individual is a candidate to attend the ILEA Bangkok course entitled
Special Investigation Group (SIG) on Pangolin and Big Cats Workshop
from January 7-9, 2009.
