1. PRM acknowledges receipt of the P-1 referral and
authorizes processing of JEON Bong-ok, Female, D.O.B. 11
March, 1962; Jeon Gwang-ho, Male, D.O.B. 01 April, 1992; LEE
Young-geol, Male, D.O.B. 17 February, 2000; and KIM
Young-cheol, Male, D.O.B. 30 May, 1970. DHS/USCIS has
concurred with this request.
2. Bangkok Refcoord will instruct OPE Bangkok to activate
these four cases and initiate expedited processing
immediately.
3. As with all referrals, PRM cannot guarantee these
individuals will be approved for resettlement in the United
States. Only DHS/USCIS can make that determination based on
a personal interview. These individuals will also have to
meet other admissability requirements including a medical
examination and security clearance before this person can be
admitted as a refugee.
