1. (U) This cable responds to the action request in
reftel requesting human rights vetting for the candidates
nominated to attend DRUG AWARENESS AND DEMAND REDUCTION in
NEW JERSEY,
U.S.A. from 12/6/2009 to 12/11/2009.


2. (U) The Department of State has vetted the
individuals listed in reftel and possesses no credible
derogatory information as of 12/03/2009. Post is
authorized to include the following individuals in
USG-funded training:
