(U) This cable responds to the action request in reftel requesting human rights vetting for the candidate nominated to attend the SES Course in Garmisch, Germany, from January 20-28, 2010. ¶2. (U) The Department of State has vetted the individual listed in reftel and possesses no credible derogatory information as of 12/01/2009.
