REF: NOV 30 2009 DRAFT RESOLUTION
1.(U) 1. The Department instructs USDEL to join
consensus on the resolution entitled "Return or
restitution of cultural property to countries of origin,"
provided that the resolution does not change from version
contained in REF. Department requests that any changes
be referred to Department which will provide further
guidance as necessary.
