1. The United States shared an Open Skies Treaty mission
with Romania over the Russian Federation 12-16 Oct 2009. The
U.S. agreed to pay the Government of Romania $15,000 U.S.
dollars as reimbursement for our share of the expenses.
2. We request that Post forward the $15,000 funds to the
Romanian bank account per the information provided below
using the following fund cite information. Request Post
report on confirmation of payment date.
