1. (U) This cable responds to the action request in
reftel requesting human rights vetting for the candidate
nominated to attend US-SPONSORED GCMC STACS 10-02
COURSE FEBRUARY 2-24, 2010, IN GARMISCH, GERMANY.


2. (U) The Department of State has vetted the
individual listed in reftel and possesses no credible
derogatory information as of 11/20/2009. Post is
authorized to include the following individual in
USG-funded training:
