1. (U) This cable responds to the action request in
reftel requesting human rights vetting for the candidates
nominated to attend the OPDAT International Narcotic
Trafficking Course scheduled for November 13-14, 2009 in
Belgrade, Serbia.



2. (U) The Department of State has vetted the
individual listed in reftel and possesses no credible
derogatory information as of 11/4/2009. Post is
